Shipping costs
Your order will be delivered to you by A-Post and free of charge for orders over 150 CHF. Below 150 CHF a flat rate for postage and packaging of 7 CHF for a letter (under 500 gram) and 15 CHF for a parcel (over 500 gram) will be charged.
General deliveries
Ordered goods will arrive within three to four working days. Processing times for orders: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00. Public holidays excluded. We deliver with Swiss Post via A-Post exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. If you wish, you can also come and collect your order from our showroom in Schaffhausen.
Dona Flora AG accepts no liability in the event of a delay in delivery caused by Swiss Post. Further claims of the buyer – especially for delivery – are excluded.
Transport damage
All items are inspected and carefully packed for shipment. Damaged consignments (breakage, torn packaging, goods lost in whole or in part) must be presented by the recipient to the relevant post office within 24 hours, including the contents and packaging, and reported to Dona Flora. The notification of damage is a prerequisite for any compensation.
Payment options
For your purchase in our online shop you can choose between the payment methods Twint, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payments are processed via Saferpay/Worldline, a renowned provider of secure online payment solutions. The 3D-Secure procedure is used, which additionally protects your credit card data. This way you can pay safely and conveniently with us.
